Creation Process:

This image began as a simple photograph capturing a mother hen and her chick. Wanting to highlight the intimate bond between them, I digitally edited the photo to focus solely on the two subjects. I converted the image to black and white to emphasize their forms and expressions, removing any distractions from the background.

To create a sense of depth and emotion, I adjusted the lighting and contrast, allowing soft rays of light to shine down on the baby chick. This effect gives the chick an angelic, almost ethereal presence, drawing the viewer’s eye and evoking a feeling of innocence and hope. The mother hen, gently illuminated, anchors the scene with a sense of protection and warmth.
