What kind of vendors do you accept?

We welcome small businesses, artists, makers, bakers and service providers who align with our values of creativity, intention, and community over competition. If you’re offering handmade goods, home baked goodies, digital art, healing services, or anything soulful—this is your space.

Yes, but we keep it simple for you. Since storefront design is managed from our end, you’ll just send us a few key pieces:

  • Your brand story or bio

  • A banner graphic

  • Any product-specific details you’d like highlighted

Bonus Tip: Want your profile photo or logo to automatically show up as your store logo on your vendor page and the main marketplace?
Create a free profile on Gravatar.com.
Use the same email address you’re signing up with for your store, and your logo (or selfie!) will automatically appear—no upload needed.
You don’t have to fill out all their info—just upload your image and you’re good to go!

Vendors set their own shipping methods and tax rules through their dashboard. The customer pays for shipping and tax based on what you set. If you dropship, just be sure to list realistic shipping timeframes.

Shippers & Dropshippers

Payout Schedule:
1st and 15th of each month

This allows customers time to receive their item and request a return if needed before payout is processed.

✅ Requirements for Payout:

  • Order marked as “Shipped” in your vendor dashboard

  • Tracking number entered (if applicable)

  • No active customer disputes or delivery issues

  • Vendor account in good standing

Local Pickup Vendors

🗓 Payout Schedule:
1–3 business days after the scheduled pickup date

✨ Why:
To ensure the customer:

  1. Shows up for pickup

  2. Is satisfied with their product

✅ Requirements for Payout:

  • Order marked as “Picked Up” in your dashboard or confirmed with admin

  • Pickup occurred on or before scheduled date

  • No customer issues reported within 48 hours

Payout Schedule:
2–3 business days after service completion or digital delivery

✨ Why:
This provides a buffer to confirm that the service was completed and the client is satisfied.

  • No need to invoice — Soul Tribe tracks payouts based on your order status

  • A Payout Request Form is available if you miss an update or need to flag a correction

  • 🚫 Cash payments are not an option. All payouts are digital to ensure accurate records and tax compliance

Selling on Etsy can cost you up to 25% of each sale once they factor in listing fees, shipping cuts, payment processing, and offsite ad deductions. You never really know what you’ll take home.
