What shipping methods do you offer?

Suppliers based in the United States – USPS, FedEx, UPS

UK based supplier: FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or similar service as our default international delivery option. We suggest this service as it includes detailed tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 2 days to major cities, or as long as 4 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility.

Canadian based supplier provides shipping services across the United States through reputable carriers, namely USPS, and FedEx.

NOTE:

Production times vary according to each product detailed on its’ product page, and add shipping time on top.

Delivery to PO Box addresses IS NOT POSSIBLE.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the supplier of the products that you order. A flat rate is applied per item depending on which supplier is providing your chosen product. All taxes and applicable fees will be included in your final total.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

It’s possible! If you order multiple items sourced from different suppliers (e.g., some from England and others from Canada), your order may be split into separate shipments. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only if the product is defective. If you receive a defective item:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include a description of the issue and photos if needed.
3. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note: Some items in our catalog are handmade and created on a per-order basis. Because these pieces are made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for handmade or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your item selections, sizes, colors, and variations before placing your order. If you’re unsure about any product details, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help before you buy!

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect sizing or variation selection
• Shipping delays outside of our control
